Why does my battery status read "Unknown"?
The cache battery information provided by Windows CE is used for display. Sometimes it may not have the latest information. Wait for a few seconds for the latest battery status to be shown.
Why doesn't my battery status show the remaining time of the main battery?
On some device models, the remaining time information is not available due to hardware limitations.
Is there any faster way to activate DTSysView Pro?
By assigning it to one of the hardware buttons on your device, you can activate DTSysView faster than going through Start Menu. To assign a button:
- Tap Start Menu->Settings.
- Select Personal tab->Buttons.
- Select a button to use.
- In the Button assignment dropbox, select DTSysView Pro.
- Tap Ok.
From now on, you can activate DTSysview Pro by just pressing the button.
How to use the Create Shortcut... menu item under the Tools menu?
To create a shortcut on the Start Menu of your device:
- Tap Tools->Create Shortcut....
- In the Shortcut Display Name field, enter the name you want to display on the Start Menu .
- Select a folder under the Start Menu where you want your shortcut to be located.
- In the Target Filename field, enter or select an executable filename. Initially, all executables under the \Program Files directory are loaded. You can tap the Load All Exe... button to load all executables on your device. Note that this may take some time depending on your CPU speed and how many programs you have installed.
- Tap Ok.
How do I close the Application Toolbar after DTSysView Pro is closed?
Tap the dropdown button to display the list of running applications. Then, tap Exit to close the Application Toolbar.
How do I display the Application Toolbar using a hardware button?
Assign "DTSysView Pro Task Menu" to a hardware button using Start Menu->Settings->Buttons screen.
