TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider Troubleshooting
On ActiveSync window, select Tools menu and then Options. Are the check boxes missing from TimeBiller Entries, TimeBiller Expenses, and TimeBiller Rates items (as shown below)?
Answer: Yes.
Solution: You have not install the Pocket PC side of the provider. Please connect the Pocket PC and run the setup wizard again. Choose Full Installation on the component page. When prompted to install TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider, please click Yes.
Answer: No, the check boxes are available but not checked.
Solution: Installation is complete. Please check them and click OK.
Answer: No, but projects, tasks, and contacts are not synchronized.
Solution: Please see the FAQ entry for details.
Answer: No, TimeBiller Entries, TimeBiller Expenses, and TimeBiller Rates items are missing.
Solution: TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider was not installed. Please install Desktop TimeBiller or TimeBiller Pack again with the Pocket PC connected and choose Full Installation on the component page during installation. When prompted to install TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider, please click Yes.
