TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider Troubleshooting

Are the check boxes grayed out for TimeBiller Entries, TimeBiller Expenses, and TimeBiller Rates items (as shown below)?

Answer: Yes.

Solution: You have not install the Pocket PC side of the provider. Please connect the Pocket PC and run the setup wizard again. Choose Full Installation on the component page. When prompted to install TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider, please click Yes.
