TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider Troubleshooting
After Desktop TimeBiller or TimeBiller Pack is installed, open Change content sync settings under Mobile Device Settings. Do you see TimeBiller Entries, TimeBiller Expenses, and TimeBiller Rates listed on the list (as shown below)?

Solution: Installation is complete. Please disconnect and reconnect the Pocket PC to begin synchronization.

Solution: If you setup the partnership to synchronize with Exchange Server and you are using Windows Mobile Device Centre (WMDC) 6.1 on Windows Vista, you will encounter a hanging problem. This problem is due to a bug in WMDC version 6.1. Please follow these steps to workaround the problem:
- Backup all your data on the Pocket PC.
- Delete the partnership.
- Download Windows Mobile Device Centre 6.0 from Microsoft.
- Uninstall Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1. You may need to reboot the computer.
- Install Windows Mobile Device Center 6.0.
- Setup a new partnership.
- Enable TimeBiller synchronization.
Answer: No, TimeBiller Entries, TimeBiller Expenses, and TimeBiller Rates items are missing.
Solution: TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider was not installed. Please install Desktop TimeBiller or TimeBiller Pack again with the Pocket PC connected and choose Full Installation on the component page during installation. When prompted to install TimeBiller ActiveSync Provider, please click Yes.
