TreNotes File Format

You can create a TreNotes file with Plain Text, Rich Ink, or Rich Text notes.

Plain Text Note

All notes are in text only with no formatting.

Disadvantage:
  • No drawing or voice recording is allowed.
  • No formatting

Rich Ink Note

Ways to enter Rich Ink note:
  • Typing with formatting
  • Writing
  • Drawing
  • Voice recording
Disadvantages:
  • Larger file size.
  • Only typing with formatting is editable in Desktop TreNotes.
  • ActiveSync must be installed
