Return Policy
Fann Software currently only offer returns to customers under special circumstances. Please contact us at support@fannsoftware.com to request a return and we will evaluate the request on a case by case basis.
We apologize that Fann Software cannot offer refunds for:
- Software that has a free trial version or demo offered
- Promotion codes not provided during the purchase process
- Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason
Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and are issued in US dollar. If your credit card currency is not US dollar, your refund will be different due to exchange rate. Please note that any authorized refund is subject to a processing fee (10% of the purchase price).
